Jennifer is the Co-Founder, designer, and blueprint draftsman for Contractors Trusted Source. Jennifer is a business owner, veteran contractor of 13 years and an ASID designer.
As founder of the Construction Trade School Dallas, she is responsible for training hundreds of new contractors in the operations of building homes, speaking throughout the US, and recruiting and organizing 140 top-level volunteers from the construction industry to teach their profession.
Jennifer began in construction in 2006 as a self-taught carpenter, cabinet maker, and finisher. She became a designer and contractor in 2009 with her own remodeling company. Jennifer has not only served as a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) while promoting professionalism in the industry, but she has consistently worked with cities and contractors to promote building Above Code awareness, thoughtful building practices and higher building standards throughout the US.

Syndgen began in construction when he was 16-years old doing demo. With his management skills, he quickly became the job site Foreman and has held the position since 2010.
As the Lead Finish Carpenter in high-end residential home remodeling, Syndgen has driven business value through his exceptional Project Management skills; his work includes homes in cities such as Highland Park, Turtle Creek, Park Cities, and Kessler Park, Dallas.
Syndgen also served as the Master Trainer and teacher at Construction Trade School, training new General Contractors on how to build better homes with higher standards.
