Jennifer is a highly skilled and accomplished professional with a background in design and construction. In 2009, she founded a design and build company that specializes in creating architectural plans and designs for clients, and then serving as the general contractor to bring those plans to life. With her unique combination of skills, Jennifer is able to provide her clients with a seamless and comprehensive service that takes their projects from concept to completion.

2008 Interior Design
Jennifer has a long history of success in the design and construction industry. After gaining a certification in interior decorating, she started her company with a focus on kitchen and bathroom remodeling, room layouts, color selections, and interior designs. Through her own initiative, she taught herself Project and Operations Management, Blueprints, and 3D renderings. Her clients were so impressed with her abilities and attention to detail that they began requesting that she take on the role of general contractor for their projects. With her strong background in design and her self-taught knowledge of project management and construction techniques, Jennifer was well-equipped to handle the challenge and her business quickly grew in reputation and success.

2009 Residential Remodeling and Building
Jennifer's company continued to evolve and grow with the addition of her husband, Brian, and her son, Syndgen, to the team. Together, they began managing all aspects of the projects, from design to construction. This allowed them to take on more complex and custom remodeling projects, specializing in one-of-a-kind kitchen and bathroom designs, and finishes made by hand. They quickly became known for their ability to create truly unique and personalized spaces for their clients. The company's focus shifted to custom remodeling, and the majority of the work was done by Jennifer, Brian, and Syndgen themselves, allowing them to maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

2010 General Contracting
As the business continued to grow rapidly, the demand for more complex and structural changes in homes increased. In order to meet these new demands, Jennifer decided to go back to school to take a course in home repair. She and Syndgen became National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) certified contractors and taught themselves the building codes and regulations that were necessary for their projects. With this new knowledge and certification, they were able to take on bigger and more challenging projects, such as structural changes to homes. Their dedication to learning and improving their skills allowed them to continue to grow their business and meet the evolving needs of their clients.

She established herself as an expert in construction education and the latest trends and technologies in the industry. She became involved in the state of the industry changes and discussions with the nation's top trade partners and suppliers, sharing her knowledge and insights with others in the field. Her speaking engagements and involvement in industry events further enhanced her reputation as a leader and innovator in the construction industry.
Syndgen continued to run and grow the construction company.

2015 Construction Trade School
With their wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry, Jennifer and Syndgen decided to open the Construction Trade School to train future generations of builders and contractors. The school focused on training students in the job of general contractor, as well as the business and trades skills necessary for residential remodeling. They brought in over 140 volunteer instructors from the industry each year to provide the best training available. The school quickly became well-known for its comprehensive and hands-on approach to education, and hundreds of students graduated from the program, ready to take on the challenges of the construction industry.

2018 Online Begins
As the demand for their training programs continued to grow, Jennifer and Syndgen decided to take the classes to a national level. In order to reach students who were unable to attend the school in person, they began an online video training program. The program was designed to be easy to understand and accessible to working students, as well as those living too far away from the school to attend in person. The online program became increasingly popular and began to reach students outside of Texas, as the demand for accessible and high-quality training for contractors and trades professionals continued to grow. The online program was well-succesfull for the school, allowing them to expand the reach of their education and make it more accessible to more people.

2019 A Better Way to Build
Jennifer and Syndgen continue to be actively involved in the construction industry, meeting with suppliers, contractors and students to gather insights on the challenges and pain points in the field. With the goal of simplifying the process of construction and installation, they began to combine the vast industry information and knowledge they had gathered into easy-to-use checklist systems that could be used on the job. Their focus for 2021 is on providing resources and training to contractors on the International Residential Codes (IRC) which are the standard codes for residential construction in the United States. They strive to make the latest industry information and technology accessible and easy to understand for those in the field, to help contractors stay current and improve their work.

2020 Contractors Trusted Source
After the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, the company Contractors Trusted Source (CTS) adapted and continued to provide valuable services to contractors, designers, and investors. As contractors themselves, CTS understands the importance of building beautiful, smart, efficient and cost-effective projects, that will provide the best return on investment. 2021 CTS Design
As their company continued to evolve, Jennifer, Syndgen, and Jules decided to add advanced 3D imaging and custom high-end Interior Design to their services, in order to simplify the process of building for their clients. They understood that the building process can be stressful and confusing for many people, so they wanted to make it as easy as possible for their clients to visualize and understand their plans. By using 3D imaging, they were able to create detailed and accurate representations of the finished project, allowing clients to see exactly what their new home would look like before construction even began. Additionally, they also began offering custom high-end interior design services, which allowed clients to work with experienced designers to create a personalized and beautiful living space that truly reflected their unique style and tastes. With this new service, they were able to provide a stress-free experience for clients, helping them to enjoy the process of designing their dream home.
