
Our History

2008 Decorating and Design
Jennifer goes back to school for an interior decorating certification. She starts her company offering kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, room layouts, color selections, and interior designs.
She teaches herself Project and Operations Management, Blueprints, and 3D renderings. Customers immediately want her to run the projects.

2009 Residential Remodeling
Jennifer and her son, Syndgen, begin managing the projects. The company quickly moves to custom remodeling specializing in one-of-a-kind kitchen designs, bathroom designs and finishes made by hand. Most of the work is done by the Johnson's.

2010 General Contracting
The business grows rapidly and with it came the demand for structural changes in homes and the need for a general contractor. Jennifer goes back to school for a home repair course. She and Syndgen become National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) contractors and teach themselves codes.

2015 Reaching the Industry
Jennifer starts traveling the US as a an expert in construction education and the new millenium. She guest speaks for major construction events and is involved in the state of the industry changes with the nations top trades partners and suppliers.
2017 Construction Trade School
Jennifer and Syndgen open the Construction Trade School training hundreds of students the job of General Contractor, business and trades for residential remodeling. They coordinate over 140 volunteer instructors a year from the industry to provide the best training available.
2018 Online Begins
Taking the classes to the US. To meet the demand of working students and those too far away to attend training, Jennifer and Syndgen begin an online video training program. The program begins to reach outside of Texas. The demand for easy to understand training for contractors and trades continues to grow.
2019 A Better Way to Build
Jennifer and Syndgen continue to meet with industry suppliers and students, intent on simplifying the process of construction and installation for those in the field.
They combine the vast industry information in one place with easy checklist systems used on the job.
